If you’re looking to return/exchange an item(s) from your order, we are happy to help! We offer FREE returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days of receiving your order, the items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
During COVID-19, we have taken into consideration the problems that the USPS system has had. We provide a tracking number for your order that is emailed to you when your package has shipped. The tracking number that is provided will let us know every detail of the package. We are fortunate that we have not had any problems with packages being shipped during COVID-19. However, if you think your package may be delayed or lost in the mail, please let us know by emailing us email@example.com.
RETURNS - You can return your item(s) ONLY for store credit. We do NOT refund your original payment!
EXCHANGES - You can exchange your item(s) for a different size/color or a different item that is available. If the difference of your exchange is less than your original total, we will email you a gift card with your available credit. If the difference of your exchange is more than your original total, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Please note the following exceptions to our return/exchange policy:
- Discounted and sale items are FINAL and CANNOT be returned/exchanged.
- Returned/exchanged items must have ALL tags still attached and returned in the original packaging.
- Returned/exchanged items must have NO visible signs of wear or use.
- Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. We will not accept:
- Makeup stains
- Deodorant stains
- Pet hair
- Perfume scent
- Cigarette scent
- Stains of any kind
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you want to return/exchange the item(s).
- If you want a return for store credit please let us know. If you want an exchange, please let us know what size/color you are wanting to exchange for.
- We will then email you a return label.
- Print your prepaid return label that you will receive by email.
- Using the label provided, send the item(s) you wish to return/exchange back to us in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange.
- If you are wanting a return for store credit, we will email you a gift card that has your available credit.
- If you are wanting an exchange, we will get the correct size/color for you and ship it to you as soon as we can!
We inspect our items very well before we ship them to you, however, if your item(s) happens to be damaged, report it within two days of receiving your item(s). Email us photos of any damage. email@example.com
- We will NOT accept damaged items that do not have ALL the original tags attached.
- If you are to wear your item(s) and then report damage to your item(s), we will NOT accept a return or exchange of any sort.
